In her private practice, Katja is helping people take a more proactive role in staying healthy through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. While focusing on disease prevention, she also supports clients affected by chronic disease throughout treatment, such as chemo therapy, as well as many other therapies, with nutritional guidance.

She is a public speaker on the subject of plant-based health, and leads workshops in the US and Germany. In addition, Katja conducts Food for Life nutrition and cooking classes focused on cancer prevention and survival, as well as diabetes reversal for The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). These classes are available for corporate, as well as private clients, and hospitals.

Katja is available as a consultant to businesses, who like to incorporate healthier, and sustainable habits for their employes, change their cafeteria menus, or simply lower their health care cost. If you live in the Los Angeles area, she would love to meet with you in person. Otherwise, she is available to connect with you via Skype wherever you are.
